Gentle Yoga and Tea Thursdays through June 27
May 16, 2:00 pm–3:30 pm
People with all experience levels are invited to join new gentle yoga classes on campus followed by tea in the Artists’ Café. The class fee includes museum admission. Certified yoga teacher and positive psychology coach Helena Svedin will lead the group in standing and seated poses, breathing exercises, meditation techniques, and more. Bring your own yoga mat and props, such as blocks and a blanket.
