Greenwich Historic Trust

Help us meet our goal by June 30

Your gift to the Greenwich Historic Trust Leadership Giving program will provide the funding to keep us open and integral to the fabric of our town.

Today in Cos Cob, our Education team is working to create meaningful content for teachers, parents, and children. Our curators are shining new light with digital formats of archives, collections and exhibits. Postponed events are being reimagined with fresh perspective. We are reaching out to local residents, photographers, and writers to document this unprecedented time in Greenwich history. We have never felt a greater call to support our community than we do today.

We are hearing poignant stories of connection in the face of forced isolation and a community with a renewed sense of place in a town they call “home”. We are connecting the learnings and experience of our past with our community today, and looking ahead with optimism for what this time will bring in the form of perspective and wisdom.

Institutions like ours are facing significant challenges. Now more than ever, your gift to our Greenwich Historic Trust Leadership Giving program will provide the funding to keep us open and integral to the fabric of our town.

Traditionally, we have recognized the generosity of our Historic Trust donors with an invitation to a private evening reception in May. Given the current climate, we look forward to hosting our Historic Trust donors later this year. Please know that while the event is delayed, our gratitude is ongoing.

On behalf of the Board of Trustees, staff, and everyone at the Greenwich Historical Society, we are hoping you remain safe and healthy. We appreciate and thank you for your support.
