Charles M. Royce is honored with this year’s David Ogilvy Preservation Award for his lifetime work preserving and restoring landmark buildings, including Deer Mountain Inn, Ocean House, Colonel Pendleton House, Avon Theater and United Theater.
Peter L. Malkin, a nationally-renowned preservation leader, Chairman of the Merritt Parkway Conservancy and Honorary Trustee of the Greenwich Historical Society will interview Charles Royce in a fireside chat about his preservation projects.
The David Ogilvy Award was established in 2021 in memory of David F. Ogilvy. The former President and Owner of David Ogilvy & Associates, David was a leading force in Greenwich real estate for over 40 years and an enthusiast for Greenwich’s history, architecture and landscape.
