In partnership with the YWCA Greenwich we invite you to a screening of the 2017 drama film “Marshall” starring Chadwick Boseman and Josh Gad. Aiming to celebrate his groundbreaking contributions to civil rights and legal justice, “Justice on the Big Screen: A Marshall Movie Screening” promises to be an enlightening and inspiring event that pays tribute to an icon of the civil rights movement while raising funds for important community organizations.

Following the film, there will be a dynamic panel discussion with key figures in the CT legal community about the legacy of Justice Marshall and the case depicted in the film. Panelists include Prof. Marilyn Ford, Professor of Law at Quinnipiac University; Preston Tisdale ESQ, Attorney at Koskoff, Koskoff & Bieder PC; and Dr. Philip Eliasoph, Professor of Art History & Visual Culture and Director of the Open Visions Forum at Fairfield University. The discussion will be moderated by Simone Quartey, Director of the Center for Equity & Justice.
