Please join us in the Barn along with North from Nit Noi Provisions for an evening of dumpling construction and cookery. Our “Dumpling 101” Workshop will cover: dumpling filling prep, folding exercise, cooking demonstration and tasting. At the end of the workshop, attendees will take home their handmade dumplings in a “to go” box with essential side sauces.
Choice of one dumpling filler needs to be selected at time of registration.
Filler choices are: shrimp, pork, veg or chicken.
