Fine Art Collection

The Fine Art Collection of the Greenwich Historical Society includes paintings, etchings and other works on paper, as well as sculpture. The collection includes more than 700 artworks from the American Impressionist Cos Cob art colony including works by John Henry Twachtman, Childe Hassam. J. Alden Weir, Theodore Robinson, Kerr Eby, Carolyn Mase, Matilda Browne and Elmer Livingston MacRae; portraits of local residents; and 19th and 20th century landscapes.
