Join us for our first Time Travelers Family Sunday of 2026 on January 11th! Throughout this year the second Sunday of every month will feature family-friendly tours at 12:00, 1:30, and 3:00 along with an accompanying hands-on activity in our classroom. Step back in time and experience 250 years of Greenwich’s history!

On Sunday, January 11th the Time Travelers Family Sunday will focus on printmaking. Explore examples of prints by American Impressionist artists Childe Hassam, John Henry Twatchman, and Kerr Eby during a tour of our current exhibition, The Holley Boarding House: Inspiring American Impressionism. In the classroom, try your hand at creating prints of your own and experiment with different printmaking methods, including linocuts, Styrofoam blocks, and even Legos! Learn about the difference between relief printing and engraving and how artists utilized these two techniques. The classroom will be open from 12:00-4:00 PM and we invite visitors of all ages to join us. Don’t forget to end your visit with a visit to our Museum Store and grab a print from our Inciardi Mini Print Vending Machine to display alongside your own print!
