Venue Options & Parking
As you begin your planning process, please note the capacity recommendations below. We offer equipment and furnishings at no additional charge. Parking is also included in all rentals, with capacity limits noted. We are happy to recommend vendors for additional rentals and valet services if needed. Museum Rental: Foyer & Artist's Cafe and Courtyard
INCLUDES: 1st floor concourse, kitchen, lower service area, and courtyards. Available year-round
CAPACITY: 50 guests seated dinner, 100 guests Cocktails
Tent Option in Courtyard: 18’x28’ with sidewall, gutter and partial tent weighting.
Historic Barn / Vanderbilt Education Center
INCLUDES: use of kitchen and adjacent lawn area.
Available year-round
CAPACITY: 90 for standing reception/ 80 for seated lecture/presentation / 60 for seated lunch or dinner with service
