Highlighting artworks created by the American Impressionist artist John Henry Twachtman depicting his home in Greenwich and its surroundings, Life and Art will be accompanied by a series of public tours and programs, including guided tours of the artist’s former property on Round Hill Road.

Christmas in Cos Cob: A Holiday Tour of the Bush-Holley House

On this special holiday tour of the Bush-Holley House, visitors will enjoy a festive walk through early twentieth century Christmas and holiday traditions enjoyed by adults and children of the Holley family in the era of the Cos Cob Art Colony, and learn about early American wintertime and holiday celebrations as observed in the era of the New Nation, among the Bush family and their Greenwich neighbors.
